It starts with a Body Composition Analysis (skin fold, bio-impedance) and general body assessment, followed by nutrition plans and monthly check-ins; It is a comprehensive program that fits all personalities through a fun fitness dialogue. This program will take you from where you are right now to where you want to be in no time.

What you get

Comprehensive assessment including body composition analysis.

monthly coaching check-ins to discuss client progress, training performance and adjust strategies.

Semi-private and small group training is also offered, if you want to workout with a friend or group of friends.

1-on-1 training for resistance training, nutrition coaching.

in-person 1-on-1, training is also offered online with video demonstrations and software to track programs.
