FPS Pain management Program

Physical therapy. Therapist working with female athlete
The program’s primary purpose is to work closely with clients to understand their pain. They will go through a series of tests before determining the course of action. These assessments include but are not limited to the SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), FMS (Functional Movement Screen), DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) NKT (Neuro Kinetic Therapy), ELDOA (Elongation Longitudinal Decoaptation), and other clinical-based movement screens. A series of corrective exercises will gradually generate a graded exposure to movement. The strategies for pain management will vary from client to client. The goal is to regain the original fitness condition before any injuries. Feeling better already? Go ahead and click on ready to start.
