FPS junior athlete development program

This program develops younger athletes from ages 5 to 18. It focuses
on multiple areas of athletic development:
- Mobility
- Functional stability
- Fundamental movement skill
- Functional strength
- Kinesthetic awareness
- Stamina
- Olympic strength
This research-based program is proud of developing a sense of love towards the sport of choice in the young athlete. After a general assessment of the junior's strength, speed, power, and overall goals, a fitness plan will be prescribed according to the athlete's biological age and physical abilities.
